- Imagine that you are in a group developing a new pacemaker. Some team members dominate conversations while others do not speak up as much. Some speakers go off on tangents. Explain the steps you’d take to deal with each of the challenges listed to make your group productive.
- Discuss your past experiences working in teams. What worked? What did not work? What have you learned from these experiences?
- What type of a team member do you tend to be? Discuss your weaknesses and strengths when working in teams.
- What are your plans to avoid groupthink as a team?
