53 2. Headings and Structure

Use Heading 1 for chapter titles. Use Heading 2 and Heading 3 for sections and subsections. Each new chapter should start with Heading 1. Do not skip heading levels.

Example:

Heading 1: Chapter 1: Introduction
Heading 2: What is Literacy?
Heading 3: The Role of Semiotics
